- Location and concept: the 5’000m2 built-up area is situated along the main access road between Oberwil and Reinach and belongs to the Community of Therwil. The location is extremely well served by public transport, shopping facilities, kindergartens and schools. The project comprise two buildings with commercial areas on the ground floor and rental apartments on the upper floors.

- Apartments: 2.5 Rooms; 3.5 Room, and 4.5 Rooms.

- Construction standard: top quality construction; handicapped accessible with lift and central underground garage.

- Speciality: an architectural competition was launched by the Community of Therwil, which was revoked a year later. The existing buildings are being reconstructed.
